Every year, tons of fruit and vegetables are thrown away. To avoid this, DASH Water also buys the not so nice fruits and vegetables to prevent the unnecessary disposal of GOOD food because no farmer or farmer will voluntarily watch good fruit and vegetables being thrown away.
