The base spirit for this unique premium London Dry Gin is made from the finest wheat of the French champagne region, where the special distilling process occurs a minimum of 7 times. Then the makers hand select 5 special botanical ingredients, also known as gin botanicals from different parts around the world, which are then distilled in the United Kingdom, to create the perfect, pure London Dry gin distillate. These distillates are then shipped to Iceland, where they are blended together, using the purest Icelandic water. This very special Premium water Is ideal for blending, because it has a low mineral count, but contains a high level of alkaline which gives it a perfect pH of 7,4 which is perfect for the creation of a unique tasting gin flavor profile.
