Our new spirit Sahnehirsch is a herbal cream liqueur from the north of Germany. Under the motto "What's not kremich is made kremich", with “kremich” meaning creamy, the founders set to work: they created a drink that blends herb and sweet in one glass. The Schlürf brothers tasted a wide variety of cream additives and herbal mixtures until they finally came up with the exclusive recipe for the first creamy, North German herbal cream liqueur.

A hunting bitter kissed by cream

The creamy Sahnehirsch begins with a note of bitter orange and liquorice and a delicate plum accord. In the middle part, the moderate sweetness of unburnt sugar and star anise creates an extraordinary taste and ends with the thicker consistency of the cream. All in all, the Sahnehirsch reveals a soft, feel-good side.
