XIAMAN - ARTISIANAL MEZCAL

The Mezcal is a Mexican Spirit.

This special variety is traditionally produced by hand, which makes the drink so high-quality and distinctive.
The fruity and spicy Xiaman is "artesanal", i.e. handmade with pure donkey or man power.

This premium spirit is produced from two different agaves: 50% Tepextate "Marmorata" Agave and 50% Espadín "Angustifolia" Agave. This is based on an ancient recipe.

Every single hand-picked agave is carefully checked and cleaned by hand.

The agave hearts are then roasted in manually built earth ovens and with regional firewood from the surrounding area. The agave juice is naturally fermented with our own yeasts. As a ritual the first produced liters are poured out on the "holy earth" after the distillation is completed.

The taste of this premium spirit can be described as fruity, spicy and sensual.

The light menthol freshness gives this special drink a certain lightness, which is perfectly rounded off by the taste of smoky honey.

With 44% alcohol content, this ensemble of roasted Tepextate Agave & Espadín Agave is of the highest quality and meets all standards set by the Mezcal Regulatory Council (authority).
